The rules for using PriceUP.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• Agreement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and agree to these Terms.
• Modifications: We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. User Accounts

• Registration: To access certain features, you must provide accurate and complete information.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@bdtracks.com of any unauthorized account use.

3. User Conduct & Content

• Compliance: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Prohibited Activities: You must not:
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading price information.
  • Engage in unauthorized "screen scraping," "data mining," or automated crawling of our proprietary Analytics Engine or compiled databases without prior written permission.
  • Attempt to disrupt the integrity or security of the Service.
• User Content License: When you submit price reports, photos, or comments, you grant BDTracks a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for our market intelligence services.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, proprietary algorithms, and software (excluding original user-provided content) are the exclusive property of BDTracks and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Aggregation of Public Information & AI Extraction

• Public Interest Data: PriceUP aggregates and synthesizes information from publicly accessible sources, including but not limited to official government portals (TCB/Agriculture Service Portal) and public news articles.
• Legal Basis: We believe the aggregation of this information for the purpose of market transparency falls under principles of Fair Use and serves the Public Interest within the digital ecosystem of Bangladesh. We do not claim ownership of original third-party source data.
• No Affiliation: BDTracks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any government body or third-party news outlet mentioned in the Service.
• AI/LLM Extraction Risks: Users acknowledge that insights and data extracted by our Large Language Models (LLMs) from these public sources may contain inaccuracies, mis-extractions, or "hallucinations." BDTracks disclaims any liability for errors resulting from automated AI-driven analysis.

6. Data Accuracy & Disclaimers

• "AS IS" Basis: All data, whether aggregated from public sources, AI-extracted, or user-submitted, is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of accuracy or completeness.
• Independent Verification: The Service provides estimates and comparison data for informational purposes only. Figures should be independently verified at the physical point of sale or via official government gazettes before making financial decisions.
• Validation Thresholds: We utilize automated triggers and verification logic to flag data outside reasonable market parameters, but we do not guarantee the immediate removal of all inaccuracies.

7. Merchant Deals & Cash Economy

PriceUP facilitates the discovery of merchant discounts. BDTracks is not responsible for the fulfillment of these deals. All transactions occur in cash between the User and the Merchant; our Service only logs the redemption event.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BDTracks and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the PriceUP application.

9. Notice and Takedown Policy

BDTracks respects the intellectual property and database rights of others. If you are a rights holder of a data source used within our Service and believe our aggregation exceeds fair-use principles, please email legal@bdtracks.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or de-index the content within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Dispute Resolution for Data Accuracy

• Flagging: Users may report inaccuracies via the "Report Issue" feature.
• Review: We aim to investigate and correct verifiable errors within five (5) business days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
