Account Deletion
You can request deletion directly in the app from Profile > Settings > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support@bdtracks.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Deletion requests deactivate the account immediately and start a 30-day grace period before final cleanup is completed.
